Chill and Relax in Camp:

 

Indulge in the comfy day beds, lounge around playing chess or flicking through one of the many wildlife books in our library. Let the gentle breeze and sounds caress your senses as you enjoy a peaceful drink from the bar.

Stroll around our 142 acres of dreams and find your own spot of sanctuary in one of our many relaxing points. As the sun is setting, catch up on the day’s adventures as the glow from the campfire warms you. Listen to poetry, myths and tales or watch the local Maasai dance in the glowing light of flame.

With an underground spring feeding the small river running through the camp, game is always close by, Buffalo, Giraffe and Elephant often saunter through the camp. Not forgetting those cheeky monkeys who will grant you hours of entertainment around the camp! There is also a magnificent array of bird life with startling colours set against a lush green backdrop. At Mara Gypsy your senses will be heightened by each and every new sight and sound. Close your eyes and listen.
